I’m absolutely not happy with there service or actions or messages from the people I asked if they cud be changed as I ordered the wrong item as mine is an Astra j not convertible I asked for the details to send back and they refused to give it me told me they would if it didn’t fit first and I told them it don’t fit so should of provided the details straight away absolutely disgusting and poor service I’m so disgusted with this company and I was told I have to provide my own postage back

I really can’t rate this company highly enough!!! I ordered 2 seat covers, but unfortunately quickly had to cancel my order. The seller was very understanding & refunded me straight away. Unfortunately eBay was having problems that day & the seller was unable to cancel my order, although they had already refunded me. The seat covers arrived at my address & the seller has VERY generously said that I can keep them rather than have to pay for the postage to send them back. Thank you EVER so much!!!

Completely wrong product. Didn’t include grills. Delivery time was nothing special. Contacted seller and wanted me to send the wrong product back before they would post the correct product, which would be understandable if it was an overly expensive product which it is not. First time getting from this supplier and it will be my last. Problem hasn’t been rectified as of yet.

Seller and buyer protections are in place on this platform for a reason. It's standard procedure ,when an item gets misdelivered , for the incorrect item to be returned prior to the correct one being sent out. This is nothing out of the ordinary. The buyer is refusing to follow the return protocol for a rectification.

I’ve purchased a pair of lights how ever the package arrived as a single package, as a single item one light , contacted the seller, being funny thinks am lying, then we tried resolving they agreed on sending the missing light, then started disputing about the package as was waiting for the missing light so I binned the item box and now not happy for to refund as I’ve sent the item back as wasted so much time of mine

The buyer claims to have received an incomplete order, and then claims to have discarded the only thing that can show they have received an incomplete order.

Excellent ebayer had a problem with first delivery (tube the film was in was badly damaged in transit) (EVRI)and consequently damaged the film.I contacted the seller who promptly sent a replacement would definitely recommend them

Arm rest cover did not fit (not even close) for the advertised vehicle. Will cost more in postage, materials and time to post a wrongly described item back.
Seller did say to follow returns avenue but as I said above, will cost ME.
Item is only £6 but as this was sellers poor description and I have had a negative experience, then I feel this review is justified.

Unfortunately the customer has not looked at what is purchasing at all. The image is absolutely clear. They have purchased for armrest that is long and thin, not at all what we advertise. After we have pointed that out, they began blaming us for their error.
We are more than happy with this product with more than 120+ sold units with 98% happy customers from this listing alone
