Please read my terms of sale prior to bidding. This is important and ensures you are happy with our terms. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on.
Bidding:
Please only bid on an item if you are intending to pay. This may sound obvious, but unfortunately this does happen occasionally. I reserve the right to cancel a bid in these extreme circumstances.
Payment:
Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Failure to do this will usually result in the item being re-listed and a ‘non-paying bidder alert’ being raised. We are reasonable, so please communicate with us whenever necessary, before the 7 days after the auction ending has lapsed.
Overseas Bidders:
Payment can only be made via PayPal.
Postage:
I try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage.
My preferred delivery method is via Recorded Delivery, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer.
A receipt is obtained for all items sent by standard post (UK and International deliveries), and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost.
Feedback:
I do hope you leave feedback for me, but for those who prefer to stay anonymous, I will only leave feedback for you once you have left it for me.
Lost Items: As mentioned above, I obtain proof of postage on all items sent, and these can be provided if the postal service has lost the item. I will do all we can to work with you to track a lost item with the Post Office, and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search until an outcome is reached.
Faulty Items:
All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please return it to me within 7 days of receipt in its original condition, and I will refund you in full if the item is found to be faulty.
Specification:
I will always specify the operating system required in
order to run the game you are viewing.
Compatibility: I can't really answer e-mails in regard to compatibility of software items, I attempt to provide as much information regarding the product on the sale page. If the sale page does not include the specific operating system or system specifications you use it does not mean it will not work with that operating system. There are resources on the internet that will provide answers to specific compatibility questions. Try typing the name of the title plus the word compatibility into your favourite search engine i.e.:- "Electronic Arts NHL 2000 Compatibility" or "Electronic Arts NHL 2000 Compatible Windows XP" A lot of software produced prior to the release of Windows XP will work immediately without problems. But a small number of programs may have problems. Windows XP includes a great feature called compatibility mode, which enables even more software titles to run on Windows XP.
