We have recently changed the Return policy at We Be Dealin' to be more customer friendly and to insure that our customers get what they paid for GUARENTEED!!

Please read the below policy as it will be strictly enforced in order for us to continue running a successful business and continue to bring you savings on all electronics and closeouts.

An item must be eligible for returns in order to request an RMA number. Items that are not eligible include any item that weighs over 50 pounds, items purchased on closeout, or specially marked orders that have return conditions. These include Cell Phones, Yamaha home receivers and Sony home audio equipment. Every item we sell can be returned for repair from the manufacturer. It can take some time for the repair to go through the process, but we stand behind our items and will honor a repair at the very least in EVERY situation!!!


Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt by the customer of the item. After the 30 days, we can help you with taking advantage of your applicable warranty if available. We work with you in every case on a return to make sure that you at the very least get the contact information you need to make sure you get what you deserve and what you have paid for!

Before returning item customers must request an RMA#. If the RMA number is not included with the return or if the package is not sent to the correct return address, the package will be delayed in processing and you will be liable for the full restocking fee. This is for the customer’s protection. If the process is not followed, it is impossible to get returns processed in a quick and easy manor.

Items will only be accepted if returned back to us in the condition that they were received by you, with all parts and original packaging included.
The return must be sent back in a box, please do not just send it back in the manufacturer packaging or with stickers and markings on the package. The customer is responsible to insure that we receive the return back. Please keep all tracking and documentation once you ship your item back so it can be available if necessary.

Returns can take 7-10 business days to process once it has been received back. This time is for inspecting and testing the return so thank you for being patient.

The original shipping and handling is non-refundable in any situation. Shipping costs back to us is the responsibility of the customer NO EXCEPTIONS!!!.

ON ALL ITEMS WHICH HAVE A FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION, CUSTOMERS REQUESTING A REFUND WILL BE CHARGED A 10 PERCENT PROCCESING FEE. THIS IS TO COVER SHIPPING, HANDLING AND WAREHOUSE FEES! FOR ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING WHERE CUSTOMERS ARE GETTING REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, THEY WILL GET FREE SHIPPING BACK TO THEM FOR THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT!!!

In the event of a replacement for a DOA item, shipping the replacement back to the customer will be free of charge. This is for domestic returns only.

International sales are final and this return policy does not apply. We try to work with all of our customers and we are very reasonable, but international returns with customs and shipping prices are just way to complicated.

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge up to a 25 percent restocking fee, or in some cases you will receive your return back to you if not in condition acceptable at the discretion of the We Be Dealin' return department.
