This is one of the looms on which our silk is made. They are over 100 years old and were only recently converted to be able to run on electricity.

The same family has been raising the worms, making the threads, weaving the silk, dying it and making the end products for generations.

We like to think that there is something special about our silk being made this way as opposed to some large industrial plant in China. We hope our customers do too.
