| R:Most of my books are pre-read, with the majority being bought at sales in the tri-state area. Others are from library and bookstore contacts. We do offer new books and they will be listed as new. |
| D:Do you accept returns? |

| R:Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, for any reason. Please contact me first. |
| D:Why don't you combine shipping on textbooks? |
|
| R:Because they generally weight at least 3 pounds, and as much as 6 pounds, and I simply can't afford to make up the lost revenue from reduced shipping. |
| D:What is your return policy? |

| R:If an item can be returned, it is stated on the listing. If a return policy is not stated, the item cannot be returned. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging for refund and must be received within 7 days of delivery date. |
| D:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| R:Packages are usually mailed out within 24 hours of cleared payment, but I always specify 2 days in case something comes up and I am not able to make it to the post office the following day. |
| D:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| R:Each item states whether shipping can occur internationally or not. Please check the listing for information. If I feel the cost is simply too high to ship an item internationally, I will not even offer that as a choice. |
| D:What if you sent me the wrong item? |
|
| R:If I have grossly misstated an item or mailed you entirely the wrong item, I will refund your entire purchase price plus shipping and handling. I try to be very accurate in listing my items, so it is very rarely that I will agree an item is listed incorrectly. I am human though, and I do make errors. Please contact me before taking any action. |
| D:What are the white rectangles in the corner of some books? |

| R:That is the remainder of a sticker that I can easily remove from hardcover books before mailing. I will do my best to remove them from softcover but will not do so if it is going to damage the cover. |
| D:Why are most of your books old? |
|
| R:I specialize in vintage children's books, and focus next on educational books. The books I get are generally used and purchased from libraries, book sales, individuals, and store closings. I prefer to bring back the memories of youth when selecting books for sale in my store. |
