Payment is due within 4 days from placing the order.
We will deliver products in accordance with your order. We
make every effort to deliver the products within the
scheduled time, however delays are sometimes inevitable due
to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping of dresses and
accessories is made door to door via International Courier
to the address specified on eBay: you are responsible for
indicating the right address. We shall have no liability to
you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for
any damage or defect to products supplied or delivered that
is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable
control. Custom-made dresses may still need minor
retailoring due to reasons such as change of body size,
inaccurate measurements provided, etc.
We accept for our items to be returned. In this case the
item must be shipped back within 10 days from the receiving
date and an alternative item or a refound will be given. In
this case you will be charged to pay ALL the shipping costs.
All items are subject of a 30% restocking fee. Items must be
returned in original, perfect and unused condition in their
original packaging.
