Take your measurments: After payment is made, we will send you the chart you will use to get all the measurements
required:

Send your measures to
us: fill the chart with your measurments and
send it to us by e-mail. We will confirm in 48 hours.
Within 72 hours
we
will begin to work on your dress.

Shipping of dresses and accessories is made through an
International Courier to the address specified on eBay.
We will provide tracking number. Making and shipping
time may vary depending on the complexity of the design
and place where it has to be shipped to. Standard delivery
time from payment is 40 working days. It is also possible to pick your items directly from our laboratory in Rome, Italy.
Payments
Payment is due in 4 working days after order placement. We accept PayPal, Credit Card and Bank Card
via PayPal, Bank Transfer and Postal Order. Check with us before placing payment, please.
