Items were despatched on time, arrived when expected and in good order. Brilliant price for item, I had looked at lots of sites before purchasing these and they were a fraction of the price. There was an issue with receiving 3 hob knobs and 7 grill/oven knobs as opposed to the other way round, however I got a quick courteous response apologising and was quickly sent replacements which are expected tomorrow by Royal Mail. Mistakes happen, and these guys dealt with the issue professionally.

Ordered 2x packs of 6 Triton Shower Seal Burst Disc PRD Membrane seals...only 1x packet received. Contacted seller with photos of package, and they rectified this mistake within a few days. So, good service in the end, just a pity someone could not count to 2 in the first place.
