Exceptional Customer Service. Arrived nice and fast. Sadly it turned out the product was not right for me and so I started a return. I had not realised it came from Germany and had to fill in a customs form. After a long time and odd tracking info I contacted seller who managed to sort and refunded me.

Arrived on time from Germany. Great communication from seller. Item exactly as stated. It doesn't come with a plug adapter so get yourself one. Will probably be buying another. A+++

Very impressed with the speakers. Certainly appear to be well made. Haven't connected yet as have to order UK plugs. The packaging was excellent some of the best Iv seen. Fast delivery and a great company to deal with. Thank you. 👍

Description of the listing in German and the seller doesn't provide the information about extra fees to be paid by the buyer if purchasing abroad (Vat charge and customs fee of £12) so if you add it all together it's not worth the hassle and wait as products priced similar in UK.Good communication and tracking provided.Decoder is all right with 2 year warranty.

Received, thanks. It didn't arrive late. It only arrived late because I delayed it's arrival because I wouldn't have been in the day before. Haven't actually used it yet but it looks to be in good working order. Recommended seller. Will buy again in the future.
