1. Customer may only purchase products in the electronic catalog Pescamania when the order and viewable online at (URL) http://www.stores.ebay.it/pescamania-faenza as described in the relevant information sheets.
2. For every purchase made on http://www.stores.ebay.it/pescamania-faenza, regular receipt will be issued that will be attached to the shipment. On customer request a receipt will be replaced by regular tax bill and if so authentic information provided by the customer when ordering. No change in the invoice will be possible after the issuance thereof.
3. There are 2 types of shipping, postal and courier (5 euros and 19 euros). There are no other types of shipment.
Shipments by express mail items may be added for priority mail with delivery in multiple shipments, it is not possible to add the shipping with priority mail items which is available only shipped by express courier (eg, rods, reels or baskets)
4. If the item purchased is not immediately available Pescamania it will communicate as quickly as possible to the customer and if payment has already been made we will promptly refund the full amount or replace the article or any other article available at client's choice
