1. The shipment is the responsibility borne by the customer, in this regard:
1.1. Postal shipments not accept any type of dispute because it is a method of shipment or monitor or guarantee. As proof of postage by mail send the video of when we send but not having shown that the parcel was not delivered disclaim any responsibility if the postal packet is not reaching its destination so do not ask for refunds if the mail loses the package, we are not responsible. Refunds and replacements are done for free and exclusively on insured shipping with express mail.
1.2. Shipment insurance is optional and at the discretion of the customer, however, strongly advised to apply as we check every item before shipment and we try to best to treat the packaging but it can happen that the carrier during transportation damage the article. In this case, if the shipment is insured so by 24 hours to send an article to replace damaged ones without any additional charge or, in case there is another available to repay the full amount paid for the purchase. In the event that the shipment was not insured but we obviously support any additional costs are believed to be borne by the customer because obviously we are not responsible for damage caused by others. So always evaluate if your purchase is not worth the few dollars of insurance and be aware of possible consequences.
2. Unless expressly stated by our customer service, delivery means to the street level. The courier does not deliver the plans.
3. Upon delivery of the goods the customer is required to check:
that the number of parcels being delivered is as specified in the transport document;
the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (strapping tape or metal).
Any damage to packing and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of items or indications, should be immediately notified, in writing subject to control by putting on the proof of delivery courier. Once signed the document of the courier, the customer can not plead any objection about the appearance of the goods.
Any problems with the physical, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 2 days from the delivery, as provided herein.
