Combined Shipping Info

We can send most of our articles worldwide, from Italy, by international registered mail. The shipping cost will depend on the destination Country and the total weight of the envelope/package/tube.

Even though we tried to describe the rules and some common scenarios, would you please ask for the total shipping cost BEFORE bidding or buying more than one item, when the items mix is different from one of the common cases which you can find in the examples below.

 
Depending on their nature, the items will be packed as follows:
 
 
- Playbills, lobbycards, and 1-sheet posters: string carton tube, up to 2 Kg.
 
- 2-sheets (and more) posters: pluriball envelope, up to 2 Kg.
 
- Magazines, books, and other items: pluriball envelope, up to 2 Kg.

 
Shipping costs will be those of the Italian postal service, with additional 0.50/1.25 € for handling and packaging. Nowadays the costs are:
 
To Zone 1 (EU countries and Mediterranean area - see http://www.poste.it/postali/raccomandata/zone.shtml)
 
- from 50 to 100 g: 7.00 €
- from 101 to 250 g: 8.50 €
- from 251 to 350 g: 9.50 €
- from 351 to 1000 g: 13.00 €
- up to 2000 g: 19.00 €
 
To Zone 2 (America, other Asian and African countries - see http://www.poste.it/postali/raccomandata/zone.shtml)
 
- from 50 to 100 g: 8.00 €
- from 101 to 250 g: 11.00 €
- from 251 to 350 g: 12.50 €
- from 351 to 1000 g: 18.00 €
- up to 2000 g: 29.00 €

- To Oceania:  12.50 EUR for 1 piece - 16.50 EUR from 2 to 4 pieces - 24.00 EUR from 5 to 16 pieces
 
One-sheet glossy posters ("soggettone"): 
 
- To EU countries and Mediterranean area:  10.00 EUR for 1 piece - 14.00 EUR from 2 to 4 pieces
- To America, other Asian and African countries:  13.00 EUR for 1 piece - 18.00 EUR from 2 to 4 pieces
- To Oceania:  16.50 EUR for 1 piece - 24.00 EUR from 2 to 4 pieces

Rollable posters mix: a shipping cost will be applied, similar to one of those listed above, depending on the total weight. For example: 2 lobby cards + 2 inserts = the same cost applied to 2/4 lobby cards.

- To EU countries and Mediterranean area:  10.00 EUR for one 2-sheets poster, 13.00 EUR from 2 to 6 two-sheets or other formats mix, up to 6 x 2 sheets. Ex: 1 to 3 x 4-sheets poster, or 1 to 2 x 6-sheets poster, or 2 x 2-sheets + 2 x 4-sheets
- To America, other Asian and African countries:    13.00 EUR for one 2-sheets poster, 18.00 EUR from 2 to 6 two-sheets or other formats mix, up to 6 x 2 sheets. Ex: 1 to 3 x 4-sheets poster, or 1 to 2 x 6-sheets poster, or 2 x 2-sheets + 2 x 4-sheets
- To Oceania:    16.00 EUR for one 2-sheets poster, 24.00 EUR from 2 to 6 two-sheets or other formats mix, up to 6 x 2 sheets. Ex: 1 to 3 x 4-sheets poster, or 1 to 2 x 6-sheets poster, or 2 x 2-sheets + 2 x 4-sheets
 
Photographs: 
 
- To EU countries and Mediterranean area:  7.50 EUR from 1 to 20+ pieces
- To America, other Asian and African countries:  8.50 EUR from 1 to 20+ pieces
- To Oceania:  9.50 EUR from 1 to 20+ pieces

For large/heavy purchases, several options are available, which cost will depend by the total weight and will be calculated by request.
