Payment and Postage
We accept payment by Paypal, cheque (made payable to Jennie Coppola) or postal orders from buyers within the UK. Please note that eCheques can sometimes take up to a week or longer to clear and we only post the item once it has cleared. We only accept paypal from countries outside the UK. All payments need to be made within 5 days unless agreed otherwise.
Our aim is to dispatch all goods as quickly as we can, we post every week day using good quality packaging.
We always obtain a certificate of posting so that we are able to refund items lost in the post. If items have not arrived after 15 working days we will require a written statement from you, the details of which will be sent to you. We will claim compensation from Royal Mail on your behalf and we will then offer you a replacement (if in stock) or a refund.
