TERMS AND CONDITIONS


PAYMENT
We accept Paypal and International Bank Transfer for your international payments.
Regarding products on eBay Deals, it is strictly required Paypal as payment method (all major credit cards accepted, even if you're not a Paypal registered user).

SHIPMENT
International shipments are posted via UPS International Express Courier.

DELIVERY TIME
All the orders completed within 12:00 noon (Local Time: GMT+1) will be shipped the same working day via UPS.
Any order completed after 12:00 noon (GMT+1) will be shipped the next working day (weekend and festivities excluded).

UPS Express Saver delivery time is from 2 up to 7 business days, depending on the destination country/zone.  



If you are outside Italy and buying from GOLDEN OUTLET store, you are the importer of the good and you must comply with all the laws and regulations of your country. 

This means that your orders may be subject to import taxes, Custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, Custom duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for Custom clearance must be borne by the recipient. 

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local Custom's Office for further information. When Custom clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, damage, theft, acts of nature affecting the shipment, Customs duties, fees, taxation or regulatory import restrictions and damage due to and/or resulting from shipping.

If you are not available at the time of delivery the UPS driver will leave a card in your letterbox in order for you to get in touch with them to arrange a suitable time for delivery. 

Please be aware that you must get in touch with them as they will attempt to deliver two more times before sending the parcel back to us.

Please assure the phone number you provided to us is correct and working.


Moreover, please do not ask us to mark your products as a "GIFT" or to value the order at less than you paid for.

This practice is considered fraud. Violations of this policy carry severe penalties.

REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is rejected or refused, shipping costs and further taxes, Custom duties and both shipments (to and return) are the recipient's responsibility.

The amount will be deducted from refund.
IMPORTANT: Every from/to further shipment (due to an item replacement or a back-delivery for a full refund) is the buyer's responsibility. 


RETURN POLICY

Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery to get whether a full refund or their replacement. NOTE: Return fees are the buyer's responsibility. Items must be returned in the same delivery conditions (which means new, unworn, complete with box, tags, manuals, receipt).

When returning an item it is strongly recommended that a Recorded Delivery (Signed for) service is used as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered items. In the event of loss of a returned item, it is the sender's responsibility to pursue a claim.

WARRANTY

PLUS WARRANTY

GOLDEN OUTLET "Plus Warranty" fully covers all manufacturing and conformity faults on purchased items. It is an additional warranty to the manufacturer original warranty (where existing) and has a 24 months effective validity, from the date of purchase.

"Plus Warranty" includes all those items delivered with manufacturing faults, which make the goods unwearable and unsuitable; along with all general compliance defects, such as a different item from the purchased one or and item with different features from the stated in the auction.

"Plus Warranty" does not include:

- provoked damage to the idem, due to a wrong use, negligence, tampering, alterations, or any modification of the original structure

- material breaches and scratches

- deterioration of watchstrap or any other parts in leather, rubber, hide, etc.

- alterations caused by perfume, spray, perspiration, cleaning solvents or any the chemical solution

- natural consequences of the wearing

Referring to watches are also excluded:

- damages and/or malfunctioning caused by inappropriate reparations

- modifications and alterations to the case or the watch bracelet

- damages and scratches to the case and/or the watch bracelet

- battery span

- duration of leather, hide, rubber, or any other fabric watchstrap and other parts subject to deterioration

Impermeable: impermeability is only guaranteed to the models which state features about the maximum pressure exposure (es. 100m/10-bar/10 Atm).

The notice "waterproof" and "water resistant" are only meant as protection from dust and humidity.

Furthermore, "Plus Warranty" does not cover water seepages into the crown and the buttons which weren't accurately tightened.

About jewels:

- Warranty  counts as certificate of authenticity which certifies the item materials' quality and veracity (gold, silver, steel, diamonds) along with the product's authenticity.

Standard warranty procedure

- For items covered by manufacturer warranty, the buyer may apply by any authorized customer service, exhibiting the product with all its original warranty documents and a receipt.

- For items uncovered by manufacturer warranty (or where this warranty could not be applied), the buyer is protected by seller's warranty as certified in the applicable international law concerning consumer goods and following the above mentioned "Plus Warranty" conditions.

To benefit from "Plus Warranty" the buyer needs to send and e-mail to info@goldenoutlet.com, referring to the item covered by warranty and describing in details the found fault.

We will authorize the product return by communicating the buyer a return product code, via fax or e-mail.

Those products authorized to return need to be delivered back to our offices (GOLDEN srl, showrooms 1008-1009 c/o Polo della Qualità, zona industriale Asi Sud - 80125 Marcianise - (Ce) Italy), along with the original warranty documents, original receipt and a well-detailed letter about the item's fault.


NOTE: Return fees are the buyer's responsibility.

"Plus Warranty" does not cover products bought with VAT or with commercial purposes.

IMPORTANT: Every from/to further shipment (due to an item replacement or a back-delivery for a full refund) is the buyer's responsibility.
