Amazing service ....we ordered a large n when it came the outfit was in a large bag but medium size texted at 3oclock message sent straight bk about 5past 3 and a new costumes sent and received at 9am the next morning cud not fault this at all very good service 👏👏👏👏

Very bad experience .I order this product for my son world book day event and it's supposed to arrive between 1st to 3rd ofMarch, unfortunately I received the product on 7th of March and the event was on 6th of March. After that I try to contact with the seller and told him to send me a postage label so I can return it but he said it's all with ebay now it's not in his hand anymore .now if I want return this product I have to pay £3.25.

My parcel was delivered 11 days ago left outside my property on show and was taken. The seller has done nothing apart from tell me to contact evri, I have done so on 7 occasion by a chat as you cant speak with anyone and still waiting to hear back. Contacted the seller again they have advised as a seller they CAN NOT help me chase this. I will never purchase again. Happy to sell but don't want to chase for a customer when the customer hasn't received the items
