How do I return an item?

Before arranging your return, please refer to the below checklist:

If you receive incomplete items, or if a part arrives broken/damaged/faulty, send us a message or email us before going ahead with your return as we may be able to replace the part.

You need to get returns back to us within the 10 day approval period.

Please make sure the product is unused, complete and safely wrapped up in its original packaging and also check that any tags are still intact. Change the outer bag if needed.

Stick the returns address label over the original label.

Make sure you pop in the returns note with the product stating the reason for return.

Just a note, Items that are not packaged or labelled in the right way will not be accepted through any of our returns routes, so double check!

Can I return my item at a Post Office?

We recommend that you use Royal Mail as the best way to return items, but you can also return items through the other Courier service. Just make sure you send them back within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging, and with any tags intact.

Make that your parcel is securely packaged and enclose your completed
returns note, giving us a reason for return and making sure the returns address label is fixed securely to the outer packaging.

The Post Office will provide you with a receipt. Please retain this until the item has been credited back to your account.

You should allow up to 14 days for parcels to be returned via the Post Office. If you need any more help you can email us using the
Contact Us page or send us a message through eBay. We'll be happy to help!

How long will it take for my account to be credited?

Please allow up to 14 days from the date of return postage for your account to be credited for goods returned via the Post Office.

The item I bought was part of a promotional offer, what do I need to return?

All promotional offers, e.g. free gifts or 3 for 2's, have to be returned in their entirety. If you don't send everything back it may result in you being charged the full price for anything you keep.

What is your Returns policy?

You can shop with us in confidence because, for most products, we will replace or refund an item provided it is returned to us complete, unused and in its original packaging within the 21 day Approval Guarantee period.

We will replace or refund most items provided they are returned complete, unused and in the original packaging, with any appropriate security tags intact, within 21 days of receipt.

How do I exchange an item?
If you want to exchange an item to a different size/colour/item, please send the item back for refund and buy a new item. Return item will only be refunded.

Just a note: All items will be refunded excluding postage charges.Even if, the item is listed with free Postage option. (Free postage means that postage charge is included in price)
