The service was pretty good but I found the thing to be far too complicated. Okay for experts who are familiar with this tech but I didn't get as far as downloading the software never mind anything else. The quality looked to be good and well finished. What it says in the instructions and what you see on the screen are 2 different things, I couldn't follow it. So I sent it back for a refund which seemed quite straight forward, in truth I was relieved to get rid of it.
