Tutti i prodotti sono coperti da garanzia della durata minima di 12 mesi decorrente dalla data dello scontrino fiscale. Se diverso, il Periodo di garanzia è espressamente specificato nella scheda prodotto.
La garanzia si estende a tutti i difetti di fabbricazione o di funzionamento non conformi alle specifiche tecniche.
Sono espressamente esclusi dalla garanzia tutte le parti soggette ad usura. Inoltre non sono coperti da garanzia i difetti o malfunzionamenti derivanti da uno scorretto utilizzo dell'oggetto.
Per esercitare il diritto di garanzia è obbligatorio conservare la fattura di acquisto e/o lo scontrino fiscale e comunicarci via posta elettronica, fax o telefono il difetto o l'anomalia riscontrata, unitamente ai dati della fattura di acquisto.
Verrà concordato il reso della merce con costi di spedizione a nostro carico (in caso di oggetti particolarmente ingombranti, come telescopi, vi chiediamo cortesemente di conservare per tutto il periodo della garanzia l'imballo originale, anche per facilitare l'eventuale spedizione).
Presso la nostra sede verrà analizzato il difetto e qualora sia effettivamente quello segnalato e soggetto a garanzia il prodotto verrà sostituito con uno uguale.
Qualora non vi fosse la disponibilità di un identico modello verrà proposto al cliente la sostituzione con un altro di eguali o migliori caratteristiche senza esborso alcuno.
Qualora non vi fosse la disponibilità immediata neanche di un prodotto analogo verrà chiesto al cliente di scegliere se attendere l'arrivo di analoghi prodotti o la restituzione dell'importo pagato comprensivo di spese di spedizione mediante accredito su conto corrente bancario tramite bonifico ed invio di nota di credito.

La consegna della merce è pattuita e si intende fatta al domicilio del venditore, anche nel caso di spedizioni in porto franco. La merce viaggia, pertanto, a rischio e pericolo del Committente. Per le spedizioni assicurate, questi ha l'obbligo di verificare l’integrità del pacco alla consegna.
