Warranty terms:

Our products can be covered by manufacturer’s warranty or 2S TIME warranty available at our repair center for a period of 24 months.

The guarantee covers defects of watches’s movements or software  related to manufacturing. Once the defect is verified if the watch can obtain warranty assistance it will be repaired or substituted with a corresponding product (based on availability) and returned to customer. To obtain warranty assistance it is necessary to present copy of the purchasing invoice and the original warranty card stamped and dated (just for the watches that come with warranty booklet or card). For this reason we recomend you to keep these documents.

The guarantee DON’T cover bracelets, straps, glasses and batteries

 

 

Warranty assistance CAN’T be obtained on damaged or lost items due to transportation, about this subject please see our “SHIPMENT” section.

In case you think your watch presents a manufacturing defect you are kindly asked to contact 2S TIME so the specific case can be cosidered and you will receive all the details for the defective item return.

If customer decides to return the item without contacting 2S TIME in advance and the item can’t obtain warranty assistance, all related shipping costs will be charged to customer.

Untill the receiving of defective item, 2S TIME won’t be liable for the item return that will be at customer’s own risk for all that concerns item damages or loss due to transportation.
